Cancellation & Refund Policy

Internal Capsule LLP (“Internal Capsule”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a subscription-based digital platform for Diagnostic Centres to manage operations, appointments, clinicians, and patient workflows.


1. Subscription Fees (Diagnostic Centres)

  • Subscription fees are charged on a Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis.
  • All subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
  • Cancellation will result in continued access until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refunds on Subscription Fees

  • Subscription refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@internalcapsule.com with valid reasons.
  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed only after internal review and may be partial.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Partially used subscription periods
    • Services already delivered
    • Account termination due to policy violations, fraud, or misuse

3. Appointment & Booking Payments

  • Patients may pay an advance booking fee while booking appointments.
  • Internal Capsule acts only as a payment facilitator for such advance fees.
  • Advance fees are held temporarily and settled to the Diagnostic Centre’s registered bank account as per the applicable settlement cycle.
  • Internal Capsule does not guarantee refunds for appointment cancellations — such refunds are governed by the Diagnostic Centre’s own policies.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Any disputes related to:
    • Appointment cancellations
    • Refund eligibility
    • Service quality
    must be resolved directly between the Patient and the Diagnostic Centre.
  • Internal Capsule is not liable for disputes arising between patients, clinicians, or diagnostic centres.
