These Terms govern the use of the Internal Capsule platform byDiagnostic Centres,Clinicians, andPatients.
1. Platform Role & Scope
Internal Capsule is a technology platform that enables:
- Diagnostic Centres to manage operations, staff, clinicians, tests, discounts, and appointments
- Clinicians to manage patients and access reportsonly after patient consent
- Patients to book appointments and access reports
Internal Capsule does not provide medical, diagnostic, or clinical services.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older.
- No guardian-managed or minor accounts are supported.
3. Payments & Settlements
- Diagnostic Centres subscribe to the platform for access.
- Patients pay advance booking fees through the platform.
- Internal Capsule acts as a payment facilitator and settles funds to Diagnostic Centres.
- Offline payments (if enabled) are handled directly by the Diagnostic Centre.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Internal Capsule is not responsible for:
- Test quality or correctness
- Diagnostic accuracy
- Report interpretation
- Delays in sample collection, testing, or report delivery
- Clinical decisions made by clinicians or diagnostic centres
All medical responsibility lies with therespective Diagnostic Centre and/or Clinician.
5. Discounts & Pricing
- Discounts are fully controlled by Diagnostic Centres or Clinicians (where applicable).
- Internal Capsule does not influence or mandate pricing decisions.
6. Data Access & Consent
- Clinicians can access patient reportsonly after explicit digital consent.
- Patients may revoke consent at any time.
- Unauthorized access or misuse of data will result inimmediate suspension or termination.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
Internal Capsule reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
- Misuse of patient data
- Violation of platform policies
- Non-payment of subscription fees
Termination for serious violations may beimmediate and without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Internal Capsule shall not be liable for:
- Medical outcomes
- Financial disputes between users
- Data loss due to third-party failures beyond reasonable control
- Indirect or consequential damages
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws ofIndia, with jurisdiction inMumbai, Maharashtra.
